All you need to know about the delivery service offered by Simple Safety Solutions
How much will it cost to have my order delivered?If your order value is over £50 your order will be delivered free of charge. For orders under £50, a £4.95 delivery charge will apply unless a separate delivery price is quoted within the product information.
Free delivery over £50 is only available to customers who are within mainland UK.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to mainland UK and the following off-shore areas: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Shetland Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. Please note that a £22.50 blanket charge will be applied to these areas.

You have a maximum of 7 working days from receipt of the goods to
cancel the order. It is not possible to effectively exercise the right
to cancel by simply sending the goods back.
In addition to the 7
working days right to cancel the order and receive a refund on the order value, we also operate a 30 days returns policy. The customer does
bear the cost of returning the goods for both the 7 working days and the
30 days returns.
As a customer your statutory right to cancel is not be affected by our additional 30 days returns policy.
When can I expect to receive my order?We deliver your order right away, in fact if you order before 3pm between Monday and Thursday you should receive your order the next day. However, please be advised that in the event that your product is an item that is sent direct from our manufacturers delivery may then be within 2-3 days. Also, please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of your order, due to the current Royal Mail non-delivery investigation policy.
What do I do if my item is delivered damaged?It is
very important that you check your parcel before signing for it from our couriers. If the packaging is damaged then ensure you refuse delivery of your parcel and contact Simple Safety Solutions.com Customer Services on: 0800 046 9866.
Customers who sign for a parcel and later find the product or packaging is damaged in anyway will be responsible for paying the return delivery of your damaged item(s) and the re-delivery of your replacement item(s).
