We understand that our customers are savvy consumers and price is key to you. That’s why we put lots of effort into getting it right for you. We check the prices of online retailers on a regular basis and make changes to ensure we are the most competitive available on our core range of products.

All of our prices include VAT but are inclusive of delivery which is charged at £4.95 on all orders under £50.

So how do you submit your price match request?

When making your claim on our promise, we ask that you e-mail the following details to us to info@simplesafetysolutions.com

* Details of the item
* A link to the website where you have seen the cheaper priceIf you have already placed the order please quote your order number and we will arrange a refund. Or if you would like to place an order we will send you a discount code to apply to the purchase.

For the claim to be accepted we would ask that it meets with the following criteria:

* Price is inclusive of VAT
* Product is in stock and available to buy
* Delivery cost is included
* Delivery time is matched
* The seller is recognised store and not a private seller.

We reserve the right to limit the price match to one per customer, the price match is of course only available for personal use and not for resale purposes. We will not price match against auction sites such as ebay and Amazon marketplace.
