How do I place my order?
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Does the price stated on your site include Value Added Tax (VAT)?
The majority of prices quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current 17.5% rate. Prices which are not inclusive of VAT are clearly stated. Fingershield (UK) Limited trading as Simple Safety Solutions.com is VAT registered in the UK: 707 8774 96.

How long does it take you to respond to email enquiries?
We aim to respond to all email enquiries within one working day from date of receipt of your email. More complex enquiries may take longer, however you will be emailed to notify you of any delays in your enquiries being answered. 

How much will it cost to have my order delivered?
If your order value is over £50 your order will be delivered free of charge. For orders under £50 a £4.95 delivery charge will apply.

The only exception to the shipping charges above is for Fingershield devices, where shipping costs will apply as they have to be delivered by courier due to their size.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to mainland UK and the following offshore areas: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Shetland Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. Please note that a £22.50 blanket charge will be applied to these areas.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

How secure are my credit card details?
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

When can I expect to receive my order?
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 working days. However, please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of your order.

What is your returns policy?
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 7 working days after the date of delivery. The consumer will be responsible for the return postage costs.

How does the 30 day money back guarantee work?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and it is unused you can simply return the goods within 30 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund.
